ABOUT THE DALMATIANS 4 LIFE PROJECT

This project was initiated by Mr Richard-Lee Wilson and Mr. Thomas Hopkins in memory of their Dalmatian "Koochie". The initial project funds to get pet oxygen mask kits to the Capell and Pope Valley Fire stations stations were raised by Mr Wilson through the sale of his hand crafted cards featuring "Koochie" (see below).

"Koochie" loved to pose for the camera & Firemen!
Who knows, maybe she was part of the fire service in her previous life!

The initial goal of the Dalmatians 4 Life Project is to get at least 1 pet oxygen mask kit per station. The project launched Tuesday October 25, 2011 with the sponsorship of 1 pet oxygen mask kit for the Capell Volunteer Station and 1 kit for the Pope Valley Volunteer Station. Seven more stations are looking for sponsorship to accomplish the initial goal.
The ultimate goal is to get 1 pet oxygen mask kit per truck. So lets get started!

How to Support Stations on the map
Method 1:
Please send a check payable to "Richard-Lee Wilson" to following address:
RICHARD LEE WILSON
1049 ARROYO GRANDE DRIVE
NAPA, CA 94558
On the comment line please note the station # and/or name you wish this kit to go to. If you have no preference please mark "no preference" in that comment line of your check (bottom right of check)
Once Mr Wilson receives a few checks he will send them over to Wag'N O2 Fur Life for kits to be shipped to address above. Kits will be distributed according to his availability.
Because UPS charges less on large shipping weights please consider kit cost $75 per unit and add $10 per kit shipping cost. Through this method multiple kits can be shipped at one time, therefore reducing shipping cost.

Method 2:
Sponsor the Station through the Wag'N O2 Fur Life Program Sponsor Page.
The kit(s) will be sent to the station directly and the Sponsor certificate will show whatever preferences you add (such as your organization name, your name or you may remain anonymous).
Next to the box entitled Department Name please enter full name. Example: "Napa County Fire Dept - Station 14 Capell Valley"
In the "ship to" section of the checkout page please enter the address as shown on the map here above. Addressee name should show as:
First Name: Shift

Richard-Lee Wilson: Wilson’s beloved Dalmatian, Koochie, loved to pose in front of fire trucks at local fire stations. When his pet died three years ago, Wilson was inspired to honor his dog’s memory by donating emergency pet oxygen masks to Napa County fire stations. 1. Capell Valley Fire Department is very HONORED to have received our very first Pet Oxygen Mask Kit from Richard. His hard work and dedication to our animal community is commendable. Please donate or sponsor a Napa County Fire Department. Every little bit counts. Help us see Richards hard work become a reality. Thank You! - Sandy Storck - Assistant Chief - Capell Valley Volunteer Fire Department
